Core Policy :
All Cores need to be returned to their proper address within 14 days of purchase. The core part and a tracking number showing where they have been shipped must be provided within 14 days, after that a $20% penalty can apply. Turbo, Pump and injector cores must be rebuildable cores and the same model or style that is ordered. (For example a Turbo form 03/04 must have a 03/04 turbo core, injectors need to be out of the year you are ordering for.) Once cores are received and inspected, the CORE charge will be avoided ONLY AFTER INSPECTION OF CORRECT CORE(s) IS COMPLETE, shipping rusted,corroded,damage Return core(s) will NOT be accepted.Example: Rusted internals on Pumps.

Bad Shipping
Oil , Fuel soaked boxes will not be accepted and will be immediately returned to the sender.
Failing to properly package your item will result in core(s) charges being applied and a returned package on YOUR dime!
